Juniors Club Beach Volleyball

 What it is:

A place for you to start, improve, or master your beach volleyball game. If you’re an indoor player, the sand offers some great cross training. We accept all levels of athletes, and strive to provide the most individualized coaching possible so that everyone can perform their best. We are more than just a place you go to a couple times a week to train or play in the sand; we are a true club. Welcome to the lab.

Registration is open to girls and boys who will be competing in the 12U-18U divisions. No partner required; we encourage switching it up each practice to learn new skills and improve!

(Any athletes who are interested but in a younger age division, please contact us! We want to make sure everyone gets the chance to play.)

What you get:

  • Three opportunities a week to hit the sand with experienced coaches and other athletes.

  • Mindset training to learn skills that will help you improve your mental performance on and off the sand.

  • An innovative, scientific approach to training.

  • Tournament film analysis and skill progress tracking.

  • An annual membership to the Game On Sports Complex

  • 20% off private coaching and tutoring services!

  • 10% off every purchase in our store, plus exclusive promos!

The details:

  • Practices are held at the Game On Sports Complex (athletes are required to have a Game On membership, but the club will cover the cost).

Practice Schedule

  • Monday, Tuesday, and Friday from 6:30PM - 8:30PM

  • Our schedule is built for flexibility; You can choose between a Monday/Tuesday, Monday/Friday, or Tuesday/Friday practice schedule or mix it up to suit your needs. You are also welcome to attend all three practices if you want to get some extra time in the sand!

Practice Structure

Every week we have three types of practice structures (dependent on the number of athletes attending):

  • Compete practices are designed as a club wide Champ of the Beach mini tournament, where everyone has the chance to compete and win gear (and snacks!)

  • Grind practices are training days, where you can expect to put in a lot of work through drills and playing.

  • Lab practices are technique days, where the focus is mainly on learning new skills and techniques and the activity level is lighter.
