Determine which type of AVP MEMBERSHIP is best for you. Minimum SILVER level required.
ATTN: Teams with incomplete info (either 1 player listed or an invalid AVP #) have ONE WEEK after registration to enter and/or complete team info! After that, the team will be removed from the tournament WITHOUT refund.
On Wednesday of tournament week, a division with fewer than 5 teams may be combined into another division -OR- the # of teams in one division may be limited (capped) to allow more space in another.
Division caps are determined by demand and can change at any time. If you wanna play, register today!
TIMES
Check in 9:00-9:15am BOTH players must be on site before the team can check in. Late or incomplete teams will not play. No refund.
Play starts by 9:30am
Coolers & outside drinks are NEVER allowed in the facility.
Bar Tenders are NOT allowed to fill water bottles!
Grill & Chill opens 11:30am!

$300 for 1st OPEN (min 8 teams for $$$)
Series winners (top guy & top girl) get their name on the 3C BEACH BALLER SERIES plaque that will live at Third Coast!

FORMAT
Pool Play + Single Elimination Playoffs. Teams from the same pool MIGHT compete against each other in Playoffs!
In playoffs, teams are REQUIRED to stay & ref the next game/match after they lose. That is expected and part of participating in tournament play.
CANCELLATIONS / NO-SHOWS / REFUNDS
Registrations cancelled by Thursday of tournament week at 8pm are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations after Thursday at 8pm are not refunded.
It is up to one of the team members to withdraw the team from the tournament. 'Withdrawing' prior to 8pm on Thursday automatically prompts a full refund.
Regardless of whether or not a refund is available, registered teams who are not able to participate are expected to communicate that information to Third Coast as early as possible. play@thirdcoastvolleyball.com
A no-show is defined as withdrawing from a tournament fewer than 8 hours before check-in via email, in person or over the phone.
If a registered team no-shows, both players will not be permitted to participate in the next Juniors tournament at Third Coast.
If a team or player no-shows more than once in a calendar year, the player(s) will not be permitted to participate in the following 4 tournaments (may including tourneys the following calendar year).
If a team must withdraw on the 'day of a tournament' please call Third Coast 713.974.6837 and speak to a human! Do NOT leave a message – call back & speak to a real live human.
